DA.1 Pneumatic drive accessory.
A pneumatic drive system allows push button operation. Apart from the automation benefit, this is recommended for mixing cells and vesicles where low, reproducible drive pressures will get the best results.
AN.1 Anaerobic accessory.
An anaerobic kit, comprising nitrogen purgable syringe manifold and special sample entry valves, to facilitate the rigorous exlusion of oxygen from the sample environment.
Pro-K Global Analaysis
This is a unique stand-alone software package providing global analysis of time resolved spectral data accompanied by a comprehensive data simulation capability. It features singular value decomposition (a type of factor analysis) allowing spectral component prediction and data reduction. Global fitting to an arbitrary reaction schemes is available through the use of fast numerical integration techniques coupled to a symbolic reaction scheme editor. True intermediate spectra of all coloured species are calculated together with their associated concentration profiles. Multi-wavelength kinetic and PDA data are ideally suited for analysis with Pro-K.

Pro-K.2000 Rapid Kinetics System
The Pro-K.2000 Rapid Kinetic System is an optional configuration for the RX.2000, designed specifically to work with the Agilent 8453 UV/Vis spectrophotometer. This option includes, as standard, the DA.1 pneumatic accessory, the Pro-K global analysis application and the necessary macro files to enable interoperability with the Agilent ChemStation software.
