Service Level Agreements

The benefits of taking out a Service Level Agreement (SLA) are outlined below.

  Gold Service Level Agreements
 

Gold SLAs run over a 12-month period, during which holders are entitled to:

  • Technical support by fax and e-mail.
  • Access to the password protected area of our web site.
  • One preventative maintenance visit every 12 months, including a preventative spares kit.
  • A discount of 20% on the list price of spares and consumables.
  • Free software and manual upgrades for the issue level corresponding to that bought with
    the instrument.
  • A 10% discount on the list price of upgrades, accessories and refurbishments.
  • Lowest cost emergency on-site visits if required.

  Silver Service Level Agreements
 

Silver SLAs run over a 36-month period, during which holders are entitled to:

  • Technical support by fax and e-mail.
  • Access to the password protected area of our web site.
  • One preventative maintenance visit every 36 months, including a preventative spares kit.
  • A discount of 10% on the list price of spares and consumables.
  • Free software and manual upgrades for the issue level corresponding to that bought with the instrument.
  • A 5% discount on the list price of upgrades, accessories and refurbishments.
  • Low cost emergency on-site visits if required.
